Delete your account

In the app

Open Profile > Account & settings > Delete account and follow the confirmation. If you also want to end a subscription, use Manage subscription and cancel renewal with Apple or Google, then return to delete your Fight AI account.

If you cannot sign in

Email support@fightai.app with the subject “Delete my Fight AI account.” Include your account email or sign-in method; for Apple Hide My Email, include the relay address if you know it. Do not send passwords, verification codes or government ID unsolicited. We will verify ownership before processing the request.

What deletion covers

The app deletion flow removes the authentication account and associated backend records covered by its deletion rules, and clears that account’s training data on the current device. Original recordings in your photo library and copies on other devices remain under your device controls.

Service-provider records, support correspondence, logs and backups may require separate handling or be retained for legal, security, dispute or fraud-prevention purposes. The privacy policy describes retention and your rights. Contact support for help with associated records.

Cancel billing separately

Account deletion does not cancel an Apple or Google subscription, delete the stores’ transaction records or automatically issue a refund. Manage renewal and refund requests through the store where you purchased.
