Using Fight AI

These terms apply to Fight AI, operated by AdProAgent LLC, and the fightai.app website. By using the service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

You must be at least 13 years old and meet any higher minimum age required in your location. If you are under the age of legal adulthood, a parent or legal guardian must give permission for your use. The App Store content rating is separate from these eligibility requirements.

Accounts and access

Provide information you are entitled to use, protect your sign-in credentials, and do not use another person’s account. You are responsible for activity you authorize through your account. Contact support@fightai.app if you suspect unauthorized access.

Features may vary by platform, app version, device, location and subscription. Keep your app up to date. We may need to restrict access to address misuse, security incidents or legal requirements.

Training and AI feedback

Fight AI provides general training information, routines and AI-generated suggestions. AI may miss movements, misunderstand footage or produce incorrect advice. The service does not guarantee improvement, physical safety, competition results or self-defense ability.

The app is not a medical service, diagnosis, treatment, emergency service or replacement for qualified coaching. Use a safe training space and appropriate equipment. Do not attempt dangerous movements, sparring or contact drills solely on the basis of app feedback. Stop if you feel pain or unwell and seek appropriate professional help.

Your content

You retain ownership of clips, images, messages and other content you provide. You must have the rights and permissions needed to submit that content, including permission from other identifiable people.

You give us and providers acting on our behalf permission to process your content as needed to deliver the features you request, recover interrupted requests, maintain security and provide support, subject to our privacy policy. This permission does not give us a general right to publish your clips in advertisements.

Subscriptions, trials and free access

Fight AI is free to download. Free features and any one-time analysis allowance are described in the app. A free analysis does not itself start a paid subscription or authorize a charge.

Before purchase, the store displays the price, currency, billing period and any trial or offer. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled under the applicable store’s rules. For Apple subscriptions, cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period to avoid renewal. The store may charge renewal within 24 hours before that period ends.

Manage or cancel through the Apple or Google account used for purchase. Deleting the app or your Fight AI account does not cancel billing. Refunds are subject to the store’s process and applicable consumer law. If access does not restore, contact support before purchasing again.

Material changes to paid access or pricing will be handled according to applicable store rules and your legal rights. Nothing in these terms takes away mandatory consumer rights.

Acceptable use and intellectual property

Do not submit unlawful content, infringe another person’s rights, bypass access controls or payment requirements, abuse free allowances, disrupt the service, or use Fight AI to facilitate harm.

Fight AI’s software, branding and service materials are protected by intellectual-property laws. You may use them as part of the service for your personal training, subject to these terms and applicable app-store licensing terms. Your own content remains yours.

Availability and ending use

We work to maintain the service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or error-free output. We may update or discontinue features, subject to applicable law and paid-access obligations.

You can stop using Fight AI at any time and request account deletion. We may suspend or end access for material violations of these terms, security reasons or legal requirements. Subscription cancellation remains a separate store action.

Apple license and other services

For the iOS application, Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement applies unless a separate custom license is expressly provided in the App Store. These service terms supplement that app license and do not replace Apple’s purchase or subscription rules.

Third-party services linked from Fight AI have their own terms and privacy notices. Our privacy policy explains how we handle your information.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms as the service changes, with notice or consent where required. The effective date identifies the current version. Mandatory rights under the law applicable to you remain in place.
