Contact Fight AI

Email support@fightai.app. Include your app version, phone model and what happened. A screenshot can help; hide personal or payment information. Never send your password or verification code.

Sign-in and analysis

Use the same sign-in method you used to create your account. Apple Hide My Email may use a private relay address. For email sign-in, use the password-reset option if needed.

For an interrupted analysis, check your connection and look for the retry option. Contact us before deleting app storage if you need to preserve local training history. Include the approximate time and displayed error; do not send private footage unless it is needed and you have permission.

Subscriptions

Use Restore purchases in Profile > Account & settings while signed in to the store account that purchased Fight AI. If the store shows an active subscription but access does not restore, contact support before buying again.

Cancel renewal in your Apple or Google subscription settings. Refund requests follow the applicable store process and consumer law. Deleting the app or your Fight AI account does not cancel billing.

Privacy and deletion

Use Profile > Account & settings > Delete account, or email support@fightai.app if you cannot sign in. We may need to verify ownership before making changes. Read our privacy policy and account-deletion page for more information.
