Who we are
Fight AI is operated by AdProAgent LLC. This policy covers the Fight AI app and fightai.app website.
Contact: support@fightai.app. Mailing address: AdProAgent LLC, 30 N Gould St, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States.
Information you provide
Account information includes your email address, account identifiers, and any name or profile information you provide or authorize Apple or Google to share. Email sign-in credentials are handled by our authentication service; we do not receive your Apple or Google password.
Your training profile may include your name, age, gender, height, weight, preferred units, experience, goals and session preferences. The app also handles your training activity, routines, progress, messages and AI feedback. Some history and settings are stored on your device and may not sync to other devices.
When you contact support, we receive your email address and the content you send. Do not send passwords, verification codes or full payment-card details.
Clips and AI processing
When you request an analysis, the app extracts selected images from your clip and sends those images, instructions and relevant training context through our backend to the AI provider used by that feature. The coaching-video review uses Google Gemini through Cloudflare AI Gateway. Existing written analyses, coach messages, training-plan requests and generated speech may use OpenAI. These features use cloud processing.
The app keeps working copies of clips and, for saved coaching reviews, the original clip, assessed images, feedback and exported coaching video on your device. It sends selected images for analysis rather than uploading the full source video to a cloud video library. Coaching-video rendering and export take place on your device. Saving or sharing an export sends it to the destination you choose; that destination has its own privacy practices.
Only submit content you have permission to use, including permission from other identifiable people in the footage. Avoid unnecessary personal information. AI feedback can be incomplete or incorrect.
OpenAI states that API inputs and outputs are not used to train its models by default unless a customer opts in. Its standard abuse-monitoring logs may be retained for up to 30 days, with exceptions. See OpenAI’s data controls documentation for its current policy; this is not a promise of zero retention.
Our Gemini review requests disable AI Gateway request logging and response caching. This does not guarantee that all providers retain no data: security records, usage metadata and provider abuse monitoring may still apply. Google and Cloudflare process request content to provide the requested service. See their current service documentation for the policies applicable to those services.
Purchases and technical information
Apple or Google handles store payments. RevenueCat processes purchase, subscription and entitlement information associated with app accounts so we can provide paid access and restore purchases. We do not receive your full payment-card details from those store purchases.
Our hosting, authentication and security services process technical information such as IP addresses, request times, device or app information, authentication events and errors. Sentry helps diagnose app errors. Older app versions may use AppsFlyer for install attribution and campaign links using installation or device identifiers, campaign information and app events. AppsFlyer initialization is disabled in the new 2.2 release builds.
Website analytics and email choices
The website uses Sapt analytics only after you choose to allow analytics. It measures visits, campaign sources, page interactions and app-store clicks. Cookies and local storage can hold browser and session identifiers. The website honors the Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track preferences it detects. You can turn analytics off using Analytics choices in the website footer.
Allowing website analytics does not subscribe you to marketing emails. Where you choose to receive marketing, we use your contact details and subscription preferences to send those communications, with an unsubscribe option. Necessary account, security, purchase and support messages are separate.
Following an App Store, Google Play or other external link takes you to that provider’s service and privacy practices.
How and why we use information
We use information to authenticate accounts, provide requested training and AI features, manage subscription access, save or recover results, respond to support, maintain security, prevent abuse, fix errors, and understand how people discover and use Fight AI.
Where a legal basis is required, we rely on performing our agreement with you for requested services; legitimate interests in operating, securing and improving the service where those interests are not overridden by your rights; compliance with legal obligations; and consent where required, including optional website analytics and applicable marketing. You may withdraw consent without affecting processing that was lawful before withdrawal.
Who receives information
Service providers include Supabase for authentication and backend services; Google Gemini through Cloudflare AI Gateway for coaching-video review; OpenAI for other AI responses and speech; RevenueCat for subscription management; Sentry for diagnostics; AppsFlyer for attribution in older app versions; Sapt for website analytics and email tools; Cloudflare for website and email infrastructure as well as the AI gateway; and Zoho for the support mailbox. Apple and Google provide sign-in, distribution and payment services where used.
Information may also be disclosed when legally required, to protect rights or safety, address fraud or security incidents, or in connection with a business transfer subject to applicable law. Your clips are not made public by the analysis feature, and submitting a clip does not give us permission to use it in advertising.
Providers may process information in the United States and other countries with different privacy laws. Contact us for information about the providers and safeguards applicable to your information and location.
Storage and retention
Local training history and settings remain on your device until removed through app or device controls. Signing out alone can preserve account-scoped local history. Temporary clip copies may remain while an analysis is interrupted or awaiting retry; clearing app storage can remove local information that has not been backed up.
The backend supports recovery of completed AI results for seven days. That recovery window does not mean every service log, backup or provider copy is erased after seven days. Request identifiers and usage records can be retained to prevent repeated requests, enforce access limits and operate the service.
We keep other information for as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described here. Retention depends on whether your account is active, the type and sensitivity of the information, support or dispute needs, security and fraud-prevention needs, contractual or legal recordkeeping requirements, and provider backup cycles. We delete or de-identify information when it is no longer needed, subject to those requirements.
Your controls and rights
You can edit your profile and manage camera, photo and notification permissions in your device settings. Use Profile > Account & settings > Delete account to request deletion in the app. If you cannot sign in, email support@fightai.app. We may need to verify account ownership before responding.
Account deletion removes the authentication account and associated records covered by the backend deletion rules, and clears that account’s local data on the device performing deletion. Copies on other devices, service-provider records, support correspondence, logs and backups may require additional handling or be retained for the reasons described above. Contact us for assistance with associated data.
Account deletion does not cancel Apple or Google subscriptions or erase the stores’ transaction records. Cancel renewal through the store where you purchased your subscription.
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or receive a copy of information; restrict or object to processing; withdraw consent; or opt out of particular uses. Email support@fightai.app to exercise applicable rights or appeal a response. You may also complain to your local data-protection authority. We will not discriminate against you for exercising applicable privacy rights.
Age eligibility
Fight AI is intended for people aged 13 and older and is not directed to children under 13. Users under the age of legal adulthood must have permission from a parent or legal guardian. A higher minimum age or additional consent may apply under local law.
If you believe a child under 13 has provided personal information, contact support@fightai.app so we can investigate and take appropriate action, including deleting information where required. An optional age field is not an identity-verification system.
Security and policy updates
We use access controls and other safeguards designed to protect information, but no service can guarantee absolute security. Keep your credentials secure and report suspected unauthorized access to support@fightai.app.
We may update this policy as the service changes. We will update the effective date and provide additional notice or obtain consent when required by applicable law.
