Two different ways to support solo practice
A workout library gives you material to follow. Reviewing a recording gives you material to think about. They can complement each other, but they are not interchangeable.
Heavy Bag Pro advertises boxing, kickboxing, and Muay Thai workouts, combination guidance, a workout creator, and a round timer. Fight AI offers AI video analysis, coach chat, and personalized training guidance. Heavy Bag Pro features · Fight AI listing.

Finding the right app in the store
Heavy Bag Pro’s linked US iPhone listing is titled “Boxing Training: Bag Workouts”. Its description identifies it as Heavy Bag Pro. This matters when you are comparing apps with similar names.
That listing describes a limited free selection and a premium upgrade for full access. Verify the current offer on your device. Fight AI is also free to download, with paid access to its features. We do not assume that a store download button means a free ongoing service.
A simple way to decide
“I want someone to call the next combination.” Start by evaluating Heavy Bag Pro’s guided rounds. Check the demonstration style, pace controls, and whether the selected workout matches what you have already learned.
“I want to understand my own recording.” Consider Fight AI. Start with a clear clip and one question, then check each AI observation against the source footage. Bring important technique questions to a qualified coach.
“I train somewhere with poor internet.” Downloadable workouts may be useful. Do not buy a cloud-dependent analysis tool expecting it to review video without a connection.
If you want feedback but have never recorded a session, use the filming checklist. If you mainly need a workout and are still comparing options, read Fight AI vs PunchLab.
